Horse of the Year (HOY) Registrations: All HOY registrations are valid for the competition year and non-refundable and non-transferable.

Show Registrations and Fees: Refunds for show entries and related fees follow the refund policy outlined in the event’s official prize list.

Gala Purchases: All gala tickets and associated purchases are non-refundable.
