HOY Awards Gala

If you cannot make it to the gala this year and have placed in HOY, please fill out this form to arrange for a gala attendee to pick up. After the gala, a shipping form will be available on our website.

Schedule: 

4:00PM - Open to all Members Board Meeting (2nd Floor)

5:00PM - Cocktail Hour at Grandville Foyer, Doors Open to Grandville Ballroom (Raffle Opens)

6:30PM - Dinner is Served
7:00PM - Raffle Closes (Winners will be drawn throughout Ceremony)
7:15PM - Award Ceremony Begins

After the awards ceremony ends, join us to dance the night away!

Note for Ticket Registration

If you are registering as an individual, or a small group not sponsoring table, there will be assigned seating. Upon arrival at venue, there will be multiple boards showing your table number.
In order to receive member pricing for individual tickets, you must be an active 2026 NCDCTA member.

Additional Information: 

This year's theme, per feedback from our members, is Masquerade Ball! We are excited to see our members incorporate this theme into their outfits the year. Our dress code recommends cocktail attire, and you are encouraged, but not required, to follow our theme.

At each year's gala, we recognize a few Volunteer of the Year and Lifetime Achievement awards. If you have nominations or recommendations, please complete this form.
