INSTRUCTIONS

• Fill out the 2025 HOY Results Form

  (ALL fields are required!)​

ALL results must be submitted within 10 days of competition. Results received after 10 days will not be accepted.

​

• Competitions: ​Competitions are pre-populated. If a competition is not listed it is not NCDCTA-recognized.

• Scores: NUMBERS ONLY. Letters and symbols are not allowed.

• Test Upload

  Snap a photo/screenshot of your test or test results. Photo must include:

  • Name of Competition

  • Date of Competition

  • Test/Class ridden

  • Final Score​ (including any time or jump faults for Eventing tracks)

• Submit form ONCE for each test​ result

Form submissions can be viewed in the Raw Results Page. This form can be searched and sorted.
