Neither NCDCTA nor Basingstoke Web Designs accepts any liability whatsoever due to advertising on the NCDCTA website. Any and all risk of advertising on the Internet is solely held by Applicant. Applicant should be aware of the risks including, but not limited to, spam and fraudulent replies due to Internet advertising and be willing to accept these risks.

Any advertisements found to be knowingly misrepresentative will be removed from the NCDCTA website immediately.

NCDCTA reserves the right to solely determine the suitability of all content including advertising on the NCDCTA website.
